After user registers the user will receive a confirmation email. The user must follow instructions in the email to verify the email address. Once email is verified by user the process of verifying the requested user is a
law enforcement officer. Once verification is completed the registration will be activated and the user notified by email. Any questions can be directed below.

If you are a precious metal dealer in any County of Pennsylvania, you must be licensed by the sheriff of that
county. Once you have obtained a license you my sign up for an account to report transactions via this website.
Precious Metals Licensees in Luzerne, Lackawanna, Northampton, Schuylkill , Columbia and Carbon Counties
are authorized to use this database to enter records related the Precious Metals Law.
Registration can be completed on login page, please complete all information. After you submit your
information you will receive an email with a link to verify your email is correct. Please be patient as it may take
a few hours for your account to become active. You will then be sent information on how to enter records and some simple instructions.
